Each property can have 3 photos. Having multiple pictures helps buyers to get a better idea of how a property looks. Aerial photographs and maps, can also help the buyer locate the property. 

Choosing the right words

When adding a property description, it helps to give as much information as possible. Buyer's will normally be interested in zoning information, dimesions, location information, legal descriptions, etc...

Features

Each listing allows you to add up to 5 features for the property. Buyers will most likely read everything in this section, so choose features that highlight the best attributes of your property.
